  • 36 ounces cold water (3 cans)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 orange, peeled, segmented and cut into 1/2” pieces (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced into 1/2” pieces (about 1 cup)
  • 1 peach, pitted and sliced into 1/2” pieces (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 plums, pitted and sliced into 1/2 “ pieces (about 1 cup)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

  2. Combine the various fruits in a container and carefully transfer the fruit to the pitcher. Arrange the fruit in a pleasing layer.
  3. Refrigerate the punch for at least 60 minutes (and up to 4 hours) for the fresh fruit to infuse the punch.
  4. Just before serving, add crushed ice and garnish such with mint leaves.
  5. As you serve the punch, make sure to spoon a some of the fruit into the glass as well.

Notes

Hawaii’s Own makes several unique fruit blend concentrates and you can experiment with your favorite flavors. Dole brand also makes an Orange Peach Mango Juice Concentrate which can be substituted for the Guava Passion Orange Juice.

Choose your favorite fruit to pair with the juice concentrate. You are looking for 3 to 3-1/2” cups of fruit.

Serve the punch in a clear pitcher so everyone can see the fruit at the bottom. This punch works well in an old fashioned punch bowl where the punch is ladled into cups.
