Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 limes, (4 teaspoons zest and 1/4 cup lime juice)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or 1/4 cup agave)
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh mint (about 7 leaves)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Remove the zest from the limes with a Microplane or box grater. Then juice the limes.
  2. Finely dice the fresh mint leaves.
